How a day works
One question. One answer. That's the whole ask.
-
A heads-up, then the prompt
Five minutes before, Sod gives you the day's theme to think about. Then the prompt arrives, at a different time each day between 10 AM and 7 PM.
-
Share one moment
Answer with a photo or a few words and send it to any of your circles. However many circles you're in, that's the only thing Sod asks of you today.
-
Gone tomorrow, kept for you
Stories leave your circles within a day. Your own answers stay with you in Reflect, and when a prompt comes around again, so do your earlier answers.
Seven themes, one for each day of the week.
Everyone gets the same prompt on the same date, wherever they are, so your circle is answering the same question you are.

What Sod is for
Built to give you a moment, not take your day.
Sod is a small daily habit of noticing what's good, and sharing it with the few people you care about most.
One ask a day
Answer the prompt once and you're done. No feed to keep up with, no story owed to every circle.
Nothing is scored
No streaks, no follower counts, no public likes. A reaction is seen only by the person who posted.
Only people you choose
Circles are private. Nobody can find you or join one without being invited, and you only join if you accept.
A record that comes back to you
Every answer is saved for you alone in Reflect, grouped by theme. The longer you use Sod, the more there is to look back on.
Safe and private
Block or report anyone in a couple of taps. We never sell your data and never ask where you are.
Why “Sod”?
Sod is a biblical Hebrew word for an inner circle: the few people you trust with what matters.
