Sod Child Safety Standards

Updated October 25, 2026.

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation

Sod prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion and child trafficking. This includes real, synthetic and computer-generated material, and applies to stories, photos, private messages, names, circles and invitations. Age screening and private circles do not exempt anyone.

Report a concern

Use Report on a story, private message or person in Sod and choose sexual or abusive content. Use our in-app Help contacts or email abuse@sodmobile.com with a content or account reference and description. Do not download, forward or email suspected CSAM. Use Block to stop interactions. Contact local emergency services for immediate danger.

Our response

Sod reviews safety reports, restricts access to confirmed prohibited content, acts against responsible accounts and preserves evidence through restricted safety processes. We report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), or the relevant regional authority, as required by applicable law. Authorized staff follow legally reviewed referral procedures and record the referral. Our child-safety contact cooperates with appropriate authorities and Google Play.
